How it works of ALNAWAYS
- Acebrophylline is a bronchodilator. It relaxes the muscles around the airways so breathing becomes easier.
- Acetylcysteine is a mucolytic / expectorant. It thins and loosens mucus so it is easier to cough up.
Dosage of ALNAWAYS
- Take as prescribed by the doctor, usually with a glass of water.
- Follow the dose, timing and duration on the prescription — do not stop early or take extra doses.
- If a dose is missed, take it when remembered unless the next dose is due; do not double up.
Side effects of ALNAWAYS
- Tremor or palpitations
- Headache
- Nausea
- Nausea or stomach upset
- Rash (rare)
- Seek medical help at once for signs of a severe allergic reaction, such as swelling of the face or difficulty breathing
Precautions of ALNAWAYS
