Alna’s manufacturing and warehousing is based in the HSIIDC Industrial Estate, Alipur-Barwala, Panchkula — an Ayurveda plant, a food and cosmetics plant and two warehouses alongside the head office.

Where are Alna products manufactured?
Alna’s facilities are clustered in the approved HSIIDC Industrial Estate at Alipur-Barwala in Panchkula district, Haryana. Keeping manufacturing, storage and the head office within the same estate shortens lead times and keeps quality oversight close to production.
Our facilities
- Ayurveda manufacturing plant (Plot No. 21) — Ayurvedic formulations in tablets, capsules, syrups, suspensions, semi-solids, malts, powders, granules, churans and oils.
- Food & cosmetics manufacturing plant (Plot No. 273) — herbal cosmetics such as creams, face washes, lotions, ointments, pastes, serums and facial kits, and nutraceutical products.
- Two warehousing and storage facilities (Plot Nos. 269 and 271) — finished-goods storage and dispatch.
- Company headquarters (Plot No. 270).
What dosage forms can be produced?
Across its own plants and associated manufacturing, Alna’s portfolio covers tablets, hard and soft gelatin capsules, oral liquids and syrups, injections in vials and ampoules, ointments and creams, powders, eye and ear drops, and sachets. Production uses fully automatic and semi-automatic machinery, and the company describes its formulation facility as designed to ISPE standards with efficient storage areas.
Certifications

Since 2016, AlnaVedic products have been manufactured in Alna’s own unit at Plot No. 21, HSIIDC Alipur-Barwala — tablets, capsules, syrups, suspensions, semi-solids, malts, powders, granules, churans and oils.
