Uses of COFAL
- A combination of Bromhexine, Terbutaline and Guaifenesin in one liquid.

How it works of COFAL
- Bromhexine is a mucolytic / expectorant. It thins and loosens mucus so it is easier to cough up.
- Terbutaline is a bronchodilator. It relaxes the muscles around the airways so breathing becomes easier.
- Guaifenesin is a mucolytic / expectorant. It thins and loosens mucus so it is easier to cough up.
Dosage of COFAL
- Measure each dose with the cup, spoon or dropper provided — never a household spoon.
- Shake well before use if it is a suspension.
- The dose is decided by the doctor, often based on age or body weight; follow the prescription and the label.
Side effects of COFAL
- Nausea or stomach upset
- Rash (rare)

Precautions of COFAL

Storage of COFAL
