How it works of DUDOT-AC TABLETS 10
- Drotaverine is an antispasmodic. It relaxes the smooth muscle of the gut, urinary or uterine tract to relieve cramping pain.
- Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It reduces pain, swelling and fever by blocking the COX enzymes that make prostaglandins.
Dosage of DUDOT-AC TABLETS 10
- Take as prescribed by the doctor, usually with a glass of water.
- Follow the dose, timing and duration on the prescription — do not stop early or take extra doses.
- If a dose is missed, take it when remembered unless the next dose is due; do not double up.

- Dizziness

- Stomach pain, heartburn or nausea
- Swelling or raised blood pressure with long use
- Seek medical help at once for signs of a severe allergic reaction, such as swelling of the face or difficulty breathing
