How it works of VOMONCO
Granisetron is a 5-HT3 antiemetic. It blocks serotonin signals that trigger nausea and vomiting.
Dosage of VOMONCO
Given only by a doctor or nurse, by injection or infusion, at the dose and schedule decided by the treating physician. Reconstitute and dilute as described in the pack insert.

- Headache
- Constipation
