Uses of BACOFUSE
- Impetigo and infected skin conditions
- Infected eczema (with a steroid)
- Skin infections
How it works of BACOFUSE
Fusidic acid is a topical antibiotic. It stops bacteria, especially staphylococci, from making proteins.
Dosage of BACOFUSE
- Apply to the affected area as directed by the doctor, usually as a thin layer.
- Wash hands before and after use.
- For external use only — avoid the eyes, mouth and broken skin unless advised.
Side effects of BACOFUSE
- Local irritation (rare)
- Seek medical help at once for signs of a severe allergic reaction, such as swelling of the face or difficulty breathing

- Use only on the advice of a registered medical practitioner; tell the doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking other medicines
Storage of BACOFUSE
