How it works of DESTAWIN-M
- Desloratadine is an antihistamine. It blocks the action of histamine, which causes allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose and itching.
- Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist. It blocks leukotrienes, chemicals that narrow and inflame the airways.
Dosage of DESTAWIN-M
- Take as prescribed by the doctor, usually with a glass of water.
- Follow the dose, timing and duration on the prescription — do not stop early or take extra doses.
- If a dose is missed, take it when remembered unless the next dose is due; do not double up.
Side effects of DESTAWIN-M
- Drowsiness
- Dry mouth
- Headache or tiredness

- Mood or sleep changes (report these)
- Seek medical help at once for signs of a severe allergic reaction, such as swelling of the face or difficulty breathing
Precautions of DESTAWIN-M
